Proverbs 10:19 (NKJV) — 19 In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, But he who restrains his lips is wise.

A sign of a sinner and of a wise man. A “big talker” is sure to sin with his lips. A wise person, however, guards his lips. He does not say all he could say; he does not tell all he knows; he does not say all he thinks; he does not speak impetuously or rashly.
