Proverbs 8:18 (NKJV) — 18 Riches and honor are with me, Enduring riches and righteousness.

Genuine riches. While wisdom is more desirable than gold, silver, and rubies, by her a person can receive riches and honor. In particular, she grants the truly durable riches, which include such things as peace, joy, and love. By contrast, earthly, material riches will not last.

James 5:1–3 (NKJV) — 1 Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming upon you! 2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have heaped up treasure in the last days.
